The new year of 2026 has dawned. I sincerely hope that the powerful energy and passion of the ‘Red Horse’ accompany each one of you throughout the year, enabling you to achieve all your aspirations.
Throughout 2025, you faithfully carried out your respective roles and achieved many meaningful accomplishments. I extend my deepest gratitude and warm encouragement to all employees who devoted themselves tirelessly around the clock. I am truly proud of you for opening a new era for ETEVERS Group through your unwavering spirit of challenge. The company will continue to provide even stronger support so that you may lead this journey of change. I look forward to a future shaped by your brilliance and boundless potential, and to an ETEVERS Group that will soar even higher because of it.
Last year, amid a period of profound transformation in the international order, I stated that “a living company is a strong company.” Over the past year, the scale and speed of geopolitical shifts we have experienced have been far greater and more turbulent than anticipated. The uncertainty we are witnessing now—and will continue to face—has reached a depth that is difficult to measure. In such times of upheaval, this is the moment for us to deeply reflect together on where we stand, where we are heading, and how we should move forward.
The crisis facing the overall industry today is complex and multi-layered. Existing norms and systems are being challenged, and the international order is being comprehensively restructured. Yet, such a period of transition is also a new opportunity for us to take on a leading role. To further strengthen ETEVERS Group’s competitiveness in the IT market, we must carefully assess both internal and external risk factors and respond swiftly to changing market conditions. To that end, we must further solidify the strengths and fundamentals we already possess. Preparing to manage and respond to the industrial and market environment in a stable manner is no longer a choice, it is a necessity.
In an era of change, we must ride the waves of change. Now is the time for us to lead the future with even greater boldness. The great AI-driven transformation is reshaping the entire industrial paradigm, and the global competition for technological supremacy—where technological capability determines corporate survival—is growing ever more intense. Securing new technologies will drive innovation in industrial structures, enhance competitiveness, and guide ETEVERS Group into a new era of prosperity. ETEVERS Group must now become a company that leads this great transformation, not one that follows it.
ETEVERS Group has been making relentless efforts to lay this foundation. We have prepared core capabilities for the future, including expanding AI infrastructure, securing outstanding talent, and advancing technological development, while also refining our organizational operating systems to a higher level of sophistication. On this foundation, we aim to create new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. To do so, all our capabilities must work together as one. Every employee must further strengthen their professionalism and competitiveness to prepare for the next leap forward.
We now stand at a critical juncture where the creation of new growth engines is urgently needed. This cannot be achieved by the efforts of any single individual or department alone. The entire ETEVERS Group must unite with a shared purpose, breaking down barriers between affiliates with outstanding talent and technological capabilities. From expanding our business portfolio to enhancing performance outcomes, integrated coordination and strategic collaboration must take place across all stages. Such synergy will become the most powerful force enabling us to respond to the changes and challenges that lie ahead.
The market environment in the coming year is also expected to remain challenging.
